Ontology for virtual IT systems |

As part of our research work about models for secure system design, development, and management, we created an ontology to describe and manipulate a virtualized IT system.
For the benefit of the research community, we make available here the OWL description of the ontology for virtualized IT systems and the UML schema of the most relevant concepts.
This work is described in the paper "A Unified Ontology for the Virtualization Domain" presented at the DOA-SVI 2011 symposium.
An extended version of this paper is available as a research report.
This ontology has been partly developed in the frame of the European projects PoSecCo and Tclouds.
